GESSEL advised Michał Klimczyk and Łukasz Fonfara, partners in Zielona-Energia.com Klimczyk, Fonfara spółka jawna, on the sale of shares in Zielona-Energia.com Logistics sp. z o.o. to EDP Energia Polska sp. z o.o., a member of the global renewable energy group EDP.

The GESSEL team led by Marcin Macieszczak, managing partner and composed of Krzysztof Jasiński, managing associate, Magdalena Mirkowska, associate and Marcin Walczak, associate negotiated the investment agreement and its various executory instruments, prepared the signing, oversaw fulfilment of the conditions precedent, and coordinated the closing.

Zielona-Energia.com, active since 2013, is a supplier of quality photovoltaic solutions for businesses and individual customers. By partnering with EDP, it establishes a springboard for further growth, especially as regards delivery of innovative solar systems for small and medium-sized enterprises.
