GESSEL advised on transaction amounted to 47,5 m

The M&A Department of GESSEL has advised Erbud S.A. on the transaction for acquisition of a 75% interest in Budlex Sp.z o.o. The value of the transaction amounted to PLN 47.5 m. Erbud S.A. is one of the biggest and most dynamically growing Polish construction companies, active in residential development and in industrial and public utility construction in Poland and around Europe (particularly Germany). 

Apart from developer units, the Budlex Group consists of Budlex Nova Sp. z o.o. (a construction unit) and Budlex Metal Sp. z o.o. (a specialized steel construction unit). For GESSEL, the transaction was handled by Piotr Schramm, advocate.
