GESSEL advises a group of Custodia Capital co-investors on an investment in Atende Software sp. z o.o.

GESSEL provided comprehensive legal support to a group of individuals co-investing with Custodia Capital and providing equity financing in a management buy-out of Atende Software sp. z o.o., a leading provider of technological solutions for internet television and cyber security and a member of the Atende group, a major player in Poland’s IT sector.

We supported our Clients, among other aspects of the deal, in negotiation of the investment agreement and the shareholders agreement as well as in structuring of the escrow arrangements.
