GESSEL advises APS Energia on transfer of its shares to the main floor of the Warsaw Stock Exchange

GESSEL advised APS Energia, among other matters, on preparation of the issue prospectus, on completion of its new share issue, and on pulling its shares from the NewConnect exchange in order to list them on the main floor of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, where they were first traded on 8 October 2015.
APS Energia S.A. produces a wide range of emergency power sources for application in the energy industry, in healthcare, telecoms, and defence.
