The M&A team of GESSEL has advised on the transaction for sale of 100% of the shares in GAMET S.A. by Polish Enterprise Fund V (PEF V), a private equity fund managed by Enterprise Investors, to Stalmot & Wolmet S.A. The value of the deal has not been disclosed.

Gamet S.A. is a leader in the Polish market for furniture and construction accessories, and its brand is well-recognised around Europe. Its sales revenues for 2014 exceeded PLN 110 million, and it has a workforce of over 580 employees.

Stalmot & Wolmet S.A. is a producer of furniture components, supplier to a number of major furniture producers in Poland and in other markets.

Enterprise Investors is one of the largest private equity and venture capital houses in Central and Eastern Europe; since its inception in 1990, it has established eight funds with aggregate capital in excess of EUR 2 billion.
