GESSEL provided comprehensive legal services to the First Private Equity Fund FIZAN managed by Vestor Dom Maklerski S.A. on its sale of shares in Kuźnia Jawor S.A. and on securing payment of a part of the price with a combination of mortgages, pledge and guarantee.
The GESSEL team (led by Małgorzata Badowska, partner and composed of Klaudia Krawiec-Guz, trainee attorney and Weronika Zdeb, trainee advocate) assisted with negotiations of the transaction and collateral documentation.
