GESSEL advises H88 and R22 and its shareholders on the buy-back of H88 shares from a fund managed by 3TS Capital Partners

GESSEL provided comprehensive legal support to H88, R22 and its shareholders in the transaction for buy-back of shares in H88 from a fund managed by 3TS Capital Partners. Our input comprises, among other elements, preparation and negotiation of the transaction documentation.

We also advised H88 on their investment in the company through the fund managed by 3TS Capital Partners.
