GESSEL advises individual investors on execution of a contract with PFR

GESSEL advised individual investors on the process of executing a contract with the PFR Biznest Closed-End Non-Public Assets Investment Fund which led to establishment of the Silba venture capital fund.

The company, led by Jacek Adamski, will support start-ups in the automotive, tele-medicine, IoT, and fintech sectors in the early phases of their development by investing in interesting projects.

PFR Ventures implements the strategy of the Polish Development Fund by providing finance for innovative SMEs at various stages of growth, working through venture capital funds and business angel groups, among them Silba.

Negotiations of the contract were supervised by Aldona Pietrzak, partner with input by Michał Boryczka and Maciej Boryczko, managing associates.
