GESSEL has advised Lux Med on its purchase of a 100% stake in Medicor Centrum Medyczne Sp. z o.o. (owner of four outpatient treatment and diagnostics centres in Rzeszów) and of a 100% stake in Medicor Sp. z o.o. (operator of pharmacies in Rzeszów).
Lux Med has been consistently expanding its network of medical centres, implementing an integrated model of coordinated healthcare services. This latest transaction leaves the Lux Med group with a significant presence in the medical services market of the Podkarpacie region; it already operates five entities in Rzeszów and 172 entities nationwide.

GESSEL has provided legal services to Lux Med at all the successive stages of the transaction, spanning due diligence, drafting of the transaction documentation, advice on actual execution of the transaction, and the transaction’s closing.
