GESSEL advises mBank S.A. on financing a take-over transaction

GESSEL has advised mBank S.A. on extension of a credit facility financing acquisition of a majority stake in Park Wodny Bania Sp. z o.o., operator of a state-of-the-art swimming pool complex in Białka Tatrzańska.
The GESSEL team comprised of Małgorzata Badowska, managing associate and Karolina Turko, trainee advocate drafted and negotiated documents concerning the credit facility proper and the attendant collateral.
