GESSEL advises mBank S.A. on debt financing

GESSEL has advised mBank S.A. in the latter’s capacity as the entity providing debt financing for purchase of shares in Stone Master S.A., a leading Polish producer of decorative elements and facade coverings of stone.

The support provided by GESSEL comprised drafting and negotiation of the credit documentation proper as well as of numerous documents dealing with the collateral. Our team was led by Małgorzata Badowska, attorney and managing associate at our M&A practice, and included Barbara Łągiewka, trainee attorney and Karol Sokół, trainee advocate.

The tight deadlines to which this transaction was completed, a result of the business situation, posed a true challenge to all its participants.
