GESSEL advises Medicalgorithmics S.A. as it onboards an investor, Biofund

GESSEL provided legal support with respect to Biofund LLC’s investment in Medicalgorithmics S.A. (“the Company”). Biofund LLC will become a  strategic investor, holding 49.99% of the Company’s shares (as elaborated in the current statement).

GESSEL assisted the Company at all stages of the transaction, including (i) elaboration of the transaction structure, (ii) negotiation and drafting of the transaction documentation, (iii) addressing the regulatory aspects, and (iv) antitrust issues.

The GESSEL team advising Biofund was led by Karol Sokół, partner and included Dominik Kaszuba, associate, Magdalena Szeplik, managing associate, and Maciej Kowalski, associate. Bernadeta Kasztelan-Świetlik, partner, contributed advice on the antitrust aspects.
