GESSEL advises on a transaction for purchase of shares in Melvit S.A.

GESSEL advised on negotiation of the agreement pursuant to which Polfood Group will purchase from Resource Partners a stake in Melvit S.A. – a leading producer of grain products, including flakes, porridges and flour.
For GESSEL’s part, the project was led by Maciej Kożuchowski, partner with the assistance of Karolina Turko, advocate.
