GESSEL advises on the bond issue by Polska Grupa Farmaceutyczna S.A.

GESSEL provided legal advice on the structuring of a PLN 150 mln bonds issue programme and on introduction of the bonds to trading within the Catalyst alternative trading system of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

For purposes of this project, GESSEL was retained by the Polish branch of Haitong Bank S.A., which served as the issue organiser, calculation agent, and documentation agent. The first bonds series issued by Polska Grupa Farmaceutyczna S.A. within this programme had the value of PLN 130 mln.

GESSEL supported Haitong Bank during drafting and execution of the agency agreement, the issue guarantee agreement, sundry issue documentation and the securities documentation (the bonds are backed by an assurance established by PELION S.A. of Łódź).
