GESSEL advises on the bond issue programme of WORK SERVICE S.A.

GESSEL has provided legal services to WORK SERVICE S.A., a publicly listed company, on its PLN 20 million bond issue, effectuated as part of a PLN 100 million issue programme. The bonds will be listed on the ASO Catalyst retail market.
The GESSEL team working on this project was composed of the trainee lawyers Magdalena Szeplik and Emanuel Kośka and was led by Krzysztof Marczuk, managing associate.
