GESSEL advises PGB Holdco B.V. on a financing package

GESSEL worked with PGB Holdco B.V. and its subsidiaries in the process of obtaining financing for its projects, including construction, activation and maintenance of a series of biogas plants in Poland.

The GESSEL team, led by Małgorzata Badowska, partner and Magdalena Dudziec-Kośnik, of counsel, included Krzysztof Jasiński, senior associate and Katarzyna Matyszewska, associate.

The financing is made available by mBank (advised by the law firm BCGL). GESSEL, on behalf of the borrower, worked on the extensive financing documentation, including the credit agreement and the collaterals documentation. The final stages of the negotiations coincided with the coronavirus outbreak.
