GESSEL advises Polwax on its IPO process and on its first listing on the Warsaw Securities Exchange

As of 6 October 2014, shares in Polwax – a major producer and distributor of refined and odourless paraffins and of a broad range of wax varieties – are traded on the Warsaw Securities Exchange.

GESSEL provided multi-faceted legal support throughout the preparation of its IPO (distribution of the shares was handled, among other entities, by a fund affiliated with Krokus Private Equity) and of securing admission of Polwax shares to trading on the Warsaw bourse’s regulated market.
