GESSEL advises R22 S.A. on its IPO

GESSEL provided legal support to R22 S.A. on its PLN 91 million IPO (which included PLN 61 million in new shares).
The R22 Group offers unique ICT solutions and systems, first and foremost hosting services, omnichannel communications and sale of internet domains (under brands which include Hekko.pl, Super-Host.pl, Biznes-Host.pl, Domeny.pl, Ogicom.pl, Active24.pl, Linuxpl.com and Futurehost.pl).
GESSEL’s input included structuring of the R22 Group, due diligence, advice on regulatory compliance, and preparation of the issue prospectus and other transaction documentation.
The project was led by Krzysztof Marczuk, partner and by Magdalena Szeplik, advocate.
