GESSEL advises shareholders on sale of shares in Catermed S.A.

GESSEL provided comprehensive legal services to the shareholders of Catermed S.A., in particular the Krokus PE fund (in its capacity as majority shareholder), whom it advises in the transaction for sale of a majority stake in Catermed S.A. to Naprzód S.A.

Catermed  S.A., established in 2001, is a major catering provider, delivering meals to hospitals and clinics, assisted living facilities, schools, and kindergartens.

The Naprzód equity group provides comprehensive real estate maintenance services, also within the medical sector, providing hospitals with specialised cleaning, catering, and patient care solutions.

GESSEL’s contribution to the transaction included drafting of the transaction documentation, negotiations, and assistance to Naprzód in obtaining antitrust clearance.

The legal team assigned to this project was supervised by Marcin Macieszczak, managing partner, with Michał Bochowicz, advocate coordinating the work of a team which included Michał Osowski, trainee attorney and Tomasz Maślak, attorney.
