GESSEL advises Simple S.A. and its key shareholders on execution of an investment agreement concerning a tender for the company’s shares

GESSEL provided comprehensive legal services to Simple S.A. and its key shareholders with respect to the call to sell Simple S.A. shares announced by Total Specific Solutions, a member of the Constellation Software Inc. group.

Apart from negotiating and drafting the transaction documentation, GESSEL lawyers also advised on the capital markets law aspects of the project.

Closing of the transaction remains contingent upon fulfilment of certain conditions precedent, including obtainment of antimonopoly clearance.
