GESSEL advises the founders of Fit Fabric on sale of a majority stake

GESSEL provided comprehensive legal support in sale of a majority stake in the Fit Fabric fitness club chain to Fit Invest, a member of the Benefit Systems network.

Our services included, in particular, preparation of the transaction documentation and technical documentation, negotiations and support at closing. The GESSEL team – working under the supervision of Maciej Kożuchowski, partner – comprised Monika Żulińska, managing associate and Katarzyna Olszak, trainee attorney.

With over a dozen locations with an aggregate area of almost 20,000 m², Fit Fabric is the largest chain of gyms in the Łódź region.

Fit Invest is a member of the Benefit Systems group which, for some years now, has been pursuing a strategy of investing in sports infrastructure operating within the MultiSport card alliance.
