GESSEL advised the lender providing PLN 110 mln in financing for Columbus Energy S.A., to be applied towards construction of solar panel farms.
GESSEL lawyers advised on the loan agreement and on the collateral documents, among the other instruments involved.
The team composed of Weronika Zdeb, senior associate, Katarzyna Matyszewska, associate and Aleksander Nicałek, associate was led by Michał Bochowicz, managing associate and Michał Osowski, senior associate. Overall responsibility on GESSEL’s part rested with Małgorzata Badowska, partner.
Columbus Energy S.A. is a leader in the Polish solar power microinstallations market; the company is listed on the NewConnect market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange with a capitalisation of approximately PLN 2.8 billion.
