GESSEL advises the Lode group on another transaction

GESSEL provided legal support to Polska Ceramika Ogniotrwała Serwis S.A., a member of the Lode group, in its investment in PW Partner.

Our legal team – led by Michał Osowski, managing associate, with Michał Boryczka, managing associate, and Dominik Wesołowski, associate – provided a comprehensive package comprising due diligence, drafting and negotiation of the investment agreement, and support at closing. Michał Brągiel, senior associate and Inarda Bielińska, of counsel handled the tax law aspects.  Karol Sokół, partner was responsible for overall management of the project on the GESSEL side.
