GESSEL advises the LUX MED Group on its purchase of shares in Swissmed Prywatny Serwis Medyczny

GESSEL provided legal support to LUX MED in the transaction for purchase of 76.05% of the shares in Swissmed Prywatny Serwis Medyczny (SPSM) with an aggregate value of PLN 14.5 million.

GESSEL delivered a comprehensive package of legal services which included due diligence, work on the transaction documentation, and advice on execution and closing. Our team assigned to this project was led by Michał Boryczka, managing associate and by Karol Sokół, managing associate.
