GESSEL advises the owner of the Dietly.pl platform in their transaction with Żabka Polska Sp. z o.o.

GESSEL provided comprehensive legal advice to MasterLife Solutions Sp. z o.o., owner of Dietly.pl, in the transaction as a result of which the platform joined the Żabka group.
