GESSEL advises Vigo System S.A. on its IPO

GESSEL has provided comprehensive legal services during the process of gaining admission of Vigo System S.A. shares to trading on the regulated market of the Warsaw Securities Exchange and their initial public offering, which comprised newly issued shares as well as shares being sold by key shareholders of the Company.

Overall responsibility for the project on behalf of GESSEL rested with Leszek Koziorowski, the partner leading our securities law practice, and its day-to-day management was attended to by Krzysztof Marczuk, attorney and managing associate. Also involved were Magdalena Szeplik, trainee advocate and Emanuel Kośka, trainee attorney.

The myriad uses of these devices include industry, medicine, the military, and research and development; accordingly, they are in demand among buyers all over the world.
