GESSEL again joins the CEE Private Equity conference in London, 5-6 November 2009

GESSEL was a partner in what was already the 14th Annual CEE Private Equity Forum organised in London by the C5 group.
The theme of this edition of the Forum was Achieving best risk-adjusted returns in the post-crisis world. Beata Gessel, managing partner of GESSEL, gave a lecture on liability in private equity fund transactions.
The conference brought together managing partners of international PE/VC funds, consultancies, law firms, and banks.
