GESSEL as advisor to Comperia.pl in its take-over of Telepolis.pl

A team of GESSEL lawyers has advised the Warsaw company Comperia.pl S.A. on various aspects of the process of negotiating and signing its preliminary agreement with TELEPOLIS.PL M. Kozłowski & W. Tomaszewski s.c. of Gdańsk which was signed on 30 May 2014. Comperia.pl S.A. is an IT company which operates Poland’s first online service for comparing financial products offered by banks. Thanks to its acquisition of Telepolis.pl, operator of one of the more comprehensive data bases on various aspects of the telecommunications industry (in particular mobile networks), Comperia.pl will be able to expand its range of services.

The promised agreement referring to the business enterprise of Telepolis.pl, taken as a distinct set of intangible and physical assets used in operation of the Telepolis.pl service, is planned for 30 June 2014.

The GESSEL lawyers involved in the project were Barbara Łągiewka, trainee attorney; Tomasz Drągowski, of Counsel; Marta Grabiec, trainee advocate; and Karolina Krzal, trainee advocate.
