GESSEL as advisor to Enterprise Investors on its investment in J.S. Hamilton Poland S.A.

This transaction will see Enterprise Venture Fund I, managed by Enterprise Investors, investing up to PLN 33 million in J.S. Hamilton Poland S.A., a leading provider of control and analytical services, acquiring approximately 19% of its shares.

GESSEL has provided comprehensive legal services on the side of Enterprise Investors including, in particular, due diligence, drafting and negotiation of the transaction documentation, and assistance in securing antimonopoly clearance for the transaction.
