GESSEL as advisor to LUX-MED on a real estate investment

GESSEL has advised LUX MED on the successive stages of the transaction for purchase of a property at ul. Elbląska in Warsaw, the planned site of the next LUX MED hospital. The legal services provided by GESSEL included due diligence of the property as such as well as of the legal entities owning and managing it, work on the transaction documentation, and advice on various issues through until the closing.

In this transaction, LUX MED purchased a plot of over 13,000 m² along with the buildings sited thereon. The property will house a luxury clinic offering specialised medical services.
