GESSEL as advisor to Polimex Mostostal S.A. in its share re-split process

GESSEL has provided comprehensive legal advice to Polimex Mostostal S.A., a company listed on the Warsaw stock exchange, on its re-split of shares, subscription warrants, and of bonds convertible into shares. The share conversion ratio was 50:1, with every 50 shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.04 each replaced with a single new share with a nominal value of PLN 2.00. The entire process was completed without a glitch, and trading in Polimex Mostostal S.A. shares subsequent to the successful re-split resumed on 14 October 2015.
