GESSEL as advisor to SESCOM S.A. on its purchase of a stake in CUBE.ITG S.A.

GESSEL represented SESCOM S.A., a provider of comprehensive solutions for managing technical services for chain and large-area properties, on its purchase from CUBE.ITG S.A. of a part of a business supplying IT services for the retail sector (delivery, integration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, installation and implementation of computer networks and applications, and furnishing of sales points).

GESSEL provided SESCOM S.A. with comprehensive legal services including due diligence and drafting and negotiation of the transaction documentation.
