GESSEL advised the Fund (part of whose investment portfolio is managed by the Polish Development Fund) on an investment in H. Cegielski-Poznań S.A. pursuant to the investment agreement of 28 April 2017.
For GESSEL’s part, the project team was headed by Maciej Kożuchowski, partner and included Tomasz Maślak, attorney, Karolina Turko, advocate and Karolina Krzal, advocate.
