GESSEL as advisor to the Ponar Silesia S.A. Group

Bank BNP Paribas S.A. has effectuated an investment in the Ponar Group, a leading supplier of components and maintenance services for hydraulic systems. The investment comprises purchase of a minority stake in Ponar Silesia S.A. and acquisition of the convertible bonds issued by it.

GESSEL provided comprehensive legal services on the side of the selling shareholder in Ponar Silesia S.A., especially as regards drafting and negotiation of the transaction documentation.
