GESSEL as advisors to Highlander Partners on the take-over of Rotometal

GESSEL represented Highlander Partners, the private equity fund, on the take-over of Rotometal Sp. z o.o. S.K., a producer of cylinders used in printing adhesive labels for the consumer sector and other polygraphic components.

GESSEL provided legal support for Highlander Partners at every stage of the transaction, spanning due diligence, drafting and negotiation of the transaction documentation, and closing.
