GESSEL as counsel to Polimex Mostostal S.A.

GESSEL has advised Polimex Mostostal S.A. with respect to admission of its R-series shares to trading on the Warsaw stock exchange on the basis of an issue prospectus approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
The project was coordinated by Krzysztof Marczuk, managing associate, with the trainee lawyers Magdalena Szeplik and Emanuel Kośka contributing.
