GESSEL as organiser of the international conference “Dispute Resolution in M&A Transactions”

GESSEL joins ICC Polska and ICC International in inviting you to take part in the international conference “Dispute Resolution in M&A Transactions”. What is already the fifth iteration of this event will be held on 23-24 May 2019 at the Conference Center POLIN in Warsaw.

“Dispute Resolution in M&A Transactions” is a prestigious event focusing on arbitration issues in the context of merger and acquisition transactions. Its successive editions attract global authorities, who debate current trends and practical aspects in this field.

The event is addressed to arbitrators, counsel (especially those whose practices are concentrated on ADR and M&A), in-house lawyers, and consultants of various specialisations who advise on M&A transactions. 

This year’s sessions will touch upon current trends like the Belt and Road business strategy, procedural issues, dispute financing (also by third parties) and nuances of complex M&A transactions. The conference programme also envisages three case studies and discussion panels.

The conference will be held in English.
