GESSEL as sponsor of the POLAKS CULTUUR AGENDA art project

In October 2019, Marcin Osiowski – painter, printmaker, and author of installations, critical texts, and poems, some of which he combines with performative elements – opened his exhibition entitled Art on Art. On the eve of that year’s Polish Independence Day on 11 November, unknown perpetrators broke into the exhibition space and vandalised eighteen canvases from the 100 flags series, writing “Jude Raus” on them in black spray paint.

The artist not only insisted that his exhibition continues in accordance with the original schedule, but also responded to this act in a new project entitled POLAKS CULTUUR AGENDA, which GESSEL is proud to sponsor: https://www.polakscultuuragenda.com/
