GESSEL has contributed to the third edition of GAR – The Guide to Evidence in International Arbitration, a highly regarded publication issued by Global Arbitration Review.

The publication, released in September 2025, serves as one of the leading resources for arbitration practitioners and businesses engaged in international disputes. It offers practical insights into the effective planning and organisation of evidentiary procedures, highlighting how structured approaches can help parties manage evidence efficiently, reduce procedural risks and improve their position in complex arbitration proceedings.

In this edition, GESSEL authored the chapter Planning and Organising Effective Procedures for Taking Evidence, sharing practical insights on how to structure evidentiary procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce risks and strengthen parties’ positions in arbitration proceedings.
