16GESSEL has comprehensively advised Vercom S.A., part of the R22 capital group, in finalizing the acquisition of shares in companies from the MailerLite Group

GESSEL provided comprehensive legal services for the acquisition of shares in companies from the MailerLite Group by Vercom S.A. with its headquarters in Poznań, a company that is part of the R22 capital group. The transaction will allow Vercom to achieve a global reach of operations by gaining access to products and services that meet the needs of foreign markets, which in turn will provide Vercom with access to new clients and the possibility of further organic development.

The advisory services provided by the law firm included supporting Vercom at all stages of the transaction, in many aspects, including the operational aspect of the acquired MailerLite Group.

Gessel also advised Vercom on operational agreements concluded with companies from the MailerLite Group.

At the same time, Gessel advised Vercom on the acquisition of 100% of Oxylion shares from R22 to Vercom in exchange for Vercom’s new issue shares.
