Columbus Energy, listed on the NewConnect and Catalyst floors of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, is a leader in the Polish market for small solar panel systems.

GESSEL performed legal due diligence, drafted the transaction documentation, attended to the negotiations and assisted at closing.

The multidisciplinary GESSEL team was led by Michał Bochowicz, managing associate and included Michał Osowski, associate, Weronika Zdeb, senior associate and Katarzyna Matyszewska, associate (for the transaction aspects) and Julia Trzmielewska, associate (advising on disclosure duties).
