GESSEL pursues regional synergy in the CEE by joining Horizons Alliance

05.05.2025 News

GESSEL has joined Horizons Alliance – a dynamically growing network of independent law firms operating across Central and Eastern Europe, particularly in the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, and Hungary. In 2025, the Alliance expanded its presence to four additional countries: Croatia, Montenegro, Poland, and Serbia.

“The collaboration model developed within Horizons Alliance is based on close, well-founded relationships between firms, supported by the deep experience of each member. This structure enables the delivery of truly integrated cross-border legal services and offers a compelling alternative to global legal networks. I am confident that this partnership will deliver tangible benefits, particularly for businesses planning expansion or already operating in Central and Eastern Europe,” said Marcin Macieszczak, Managing Partner at GESSEL.

Horizons Alliance brings together leading law firms from the region, including Biriş Goran, Erdős Partners, HKV Law Firm, Rowan Legal, and, among the most recent members, Lovrić, Novokmet & Partners and NKO Partners. The network offers comprehensive legal support in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, real estate, energy, and infrastructure, addressing the needs of companies active in multiple CEE jurisdictions.
