GESSEL ranked as the most active M&A legal advisor in Poland according to Mergermarket

GESSEL law firm ranked first in Poland by the number of mergers and acquisitions transactions advised, according to the Mergermarket Legal Advisors League Tables for the first half of 2026. The ranking included 15 transactions advised by the firm, securing GESSEL’s position as the most active M&A legal advisor in Poland by the number of completed deals.

The result confirmed the strong position of GESSEL’s M&A practice and the firm’s ability to simultaneously manage numerous, complex transaction projects for private equity funds, strategic investors, public companies and entrepreneurs. The transactions included in the ranking featured, among others, the sale of Anwim S.A., the owner of the MOYA fuel station network, by Enterprise Investors, the merger of cyber_Folks S.A. and Shoper S.A., the acquisition of K2 Holding S.A. by SAPERE Holding, the spin-off of Creotech Quantum and its debut on the WSE main market, the acquisition of a majority stake in IM Duurzaam B.V. by Sescom S.A., the takeover of TMS Diagnostyka sp. z o.o. by Lux Med sp. z o.o., Vinci’s PLN 62,500,000.00 investment in MEWO, the sale of a majority stake in Betasi sp. z o.o. to Spire Capital Partners, the acquisition of FOL POL sp. z o.o. by United Flexibles, and the acquisition of the AVIMED Group by CenterMed.
