We are pleased to present an overview of the GESSEL Real Estate practice, highlighting selected projects completed in 2025.
The past year was marked by intensive work on complex and high-value mandates. We advised on real estate acquisition and disposal transactions (both asset deals and share deals), conducted comprehensive due diligence reviews for transaction and financing purposes, represented clients in significant real estate disputes, and supported investors at all stages of construction and development projects.
In 2025, the team:
- conducted 25 real estate due diligence projects,
- advised on more than 10 transactional projects,
- handled 8 significant disputes,
- supported over 25 clients,
- delivered over 25 trainings and webinars.
Projects covered key sectors including healthcare, residential, industrial, hospitality, retail and secured real estate financing.
The quality of GESSEL’s advisory services was reflected in the 2025 Rzeczpospolita Law Firm Ranking, where the firm was recommended in the Real Estate category and Maciej Boryczko was ranked as a Leader.
