On 22 July 2020, the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) granted permission for the concentration comprised in purchase by our Client, Anwim S.A. (operator of the MOYA petrol station network), of some of the assets of BM REFLEX sp. z o.o. sp.k. – specifically of the eMILA network of self-service petrol stations.
GESSEL – working in a team led by Bernadeta Kasztelan-Świetlik, partner and including Karolina Krzal-Kwiatkowska, senior associate – prepared the filing of the planned concentration and represented the Client before UOKiK.
Anwim S.A., a portfolio company of Enterprise Investors, operates a network of over 250 petrol stations under the Moya brand. Apart from selling fuel, the Moya locations feature the company’s Caffe MOYA food counter, a convenience store, a car wash, and facilitations for business customers.
GESSEL has worked with Enterprise Investors on its original investment in Anwim S.A. in 2018 (for more information, please see here).
