GESSEL supports Inplus in its investment in Smart Factor

Inplus sp. z o.o. purchased from the previous shareholders a 100% stake in Smart Factor sp. z o.o. and provided it with debt financing.

GESSEL assisted Inplus at every stage of the transaction, including due diligence, drafting and negotiation of the transaction documentation, day-to-day issues in the course of the transitional period, and closing.
