GESSEL supports Resource Partners in its investment in Buglo, a leading producer of playground equipment

GESSEL advised the Resource Partners fund on the legal aspects of its investment in Buglo, a leading producer of playground and outdoor fitness installations.

Our lawyers performed due diligence of the company, provided a comprehensive package of legal services, and assisted in obtainment of bank financing for the project.
