GESSEL takes top ranking in servicing of IPOs on the Warsaw Securities Exchange in 2014

In 2014, GESSEL was the principal provider of legal services in no less than four first listings on the main floor of the Warsaw Securities Exchange, giving our firm the top spot in this ranking. The aggregate value of the IPOs handled by GESSEL last year approached PLN 160 million. According to information drawn up by Polski Prawnik on the basis of its own data and of Warsaw Securities Exchange statistics, 2014 witnessed 28 IPOs on the main floor of the Warsaw bourse, up from 23 in 2013.
