We are proud to present the GESSEL Transaction Summary 2025, highlighting key projects delivered by our Mergers and acquisitions and Private Equity team.
In 2025, we advised on 37 transactions with a total value exceeding PLN 4.1 billion, supporting both long-standing clients and ones who entrusted us with their affairs for the first time. The scale of this activity has been reflected in the Mergermarket Legal Advisors League Tables 2025, where GESSEL ranked 3rd in Poland by number of M&A transactions advised on.
