GESSEL was named among the leaders of mergers and acquisitions according to the Global & Regional M&A League Tables 2021 report executed by Mergermarket. The Law Firm was ranked fourth in Poland and twentieth in Central and Eastern Europe in terms of the number of transactions carried out in 2021.
GESSEL has specialized in mergers and acquisitions from the very beginning. It has been receiving recommendations in national and international rankings in this field for years. Soon we will present to you our next transactional year, which will be a summary of our transactional activities last year. We also hope that 2022 will also be full of interesting projects.
